Acesulfame K is white crystalloid. The melting point is 255°C, can be easily dissolved in water and most organic solvent. It can be distributed equably in foods, drinks & oral cavity hygiene products, etc. While in foods production, AK sweetener never be decomposed easily when stored in different temperature & period. Even if dry AK sweetener is kept in high temperature, ie. 100°C within 24 hours, its character has no changes. Though baking test & research many times, AK sweetener never be found being destroyed.
